Simplify Your Network Marketing Organization: Choose Binary Compensation
Network marketing companies have varied compensation plans. Make sure you fully investigate before jumping in.I’ve experienced a couple different ones, but I’m really the biggest fan of the Binary Compensation Plan. Here’s why:
Easy to Understand: I’m a pretty simple guy and I like a plan that is easily understood.Binary compensation is simple to illustrate to prospective downline. You either place new members left or you place them right.How do you make it any simpler? Keep it even simpler by telling new reps to place OUTSIDE left or OUTSIDE right. Again, it all depends on the prevailing thoughts in your respective company.Again, I love the simplified structure of binary compensation.
Two Legs: Binary compensation plans only have two legs. That means you can devote time as you see fit and drive growth in the shorter leg if needed (always consult your upline leadership regarding the property placement of new members).Shoot, you get a superstar on one side that grows a huge downline and then you only have to focus on the other side!
Help From Above: You can take advantage of the growth of your upline’s organization.Depending on timing and where you’re placed, you could ride along with your upline’s success. Again, it all depends on where your upline is placing new members, but you could realistically get a huge power boost by not even lifting a finger.
Grow The Bottom: The focus of many binary compensation plans is to work the bottom of each leg.How does that help? It motivates the brand new guys and gals and it lights a fire under the old timers.How does this motivate new reps?As a team you should focus on getting new downline started right and started fast . Help them grow their business.
Synergy: Pretend you just sponsored Brian. Brian may have a lot of talent but has, as of yet, not shown his potential.His organization is growing as yours is. Why? Because depending on which leg he’s on, at some point you will have to put new members under him.What does that cause?It starts the explosion of his business. At some point he should take a look at his business and realize, “Holy crap! I’ve got 250 reps in my downline! I love this binary compensation plan!” Help him understand the possibilities of only having to work his other leg. Try sending Brian a quick email saying, “Congratulations on the growth of your business.” See if any spark is lit.
The synergy that is created can be infectious.Binary compensation allows the entire organization to work as a team. Awesome!

Search And Train: A Practical Guide To Finding MLM Leaders In Your Organization
Let’s skip ahead with this article. Instead of talking about where to find MLM leaders for your downline, today we’re going to talk about developing leaders you already have in your downline. Start with the following steps:
Identify: Pick and choose which downline members have potential and drive. You may need to do some serious observation to identify potential..Are they pumped and ready to be a leader in your downline? Do they have skills that you don’t have (that’s a good thing)?
Make a Move: Tell your potential leader that you’ve seen their abilities and think it’s time for them to act.Give them praise and let them understand that you believe in their potential. Most MLM leaders are not born; they are raised and trained.
Give: Remember that you must always give before you receive.I’m not saying you should let your downline abuse your time. Just let them know that you are there for them and want to help them succeed.If they win, you win.
Train: Show them the systems you have in place.Still don’t have yours up and running? Use one your upline leaders to help.Give them the tools they need to succeed, but keep the process simple and avoid complicating the process. Come up with a structured training plan for the next 30, 60, and 90-days.
Be Kind: Network marketing is not a filled with idiots.They are your peers and deserve your respect. Yes, sometimes you’ll have issue with a hardheaded associate, but give them some time and space.They need to know that you will be there for them when they’re ready to work.Be kind.

True MLM Leaders Utilize The Whole Team
If you’re new to networking marketing you might be wondering how superstar MLM leaders cater to their massive downlines.I was thinking the same thing early on. The simple answer is that they have their own killer MLM leaders downline from them that they’ve trained and are now running most of the show.
Early on it’s a bit different though.You may have just joined your network marketing company and are in the beginning stages of building a team. That’s great. Congratulations!Now get off your butt and get to work. A lot of aspiring MLM leaders try to take the bull by the horns a little too much and end up smothering their people. Here’s a great idea on how to foster a better working relationship with your downline:
Pass ‘em on: Look, I know you’re Mr. Rockstar network marketer, but your personality, no matter how powerful, may not mesh with everyone. Just like making friends, finding a mentor that you can connect with is a HUGE benefit in the network marketing world. If one of your downline prefers to work with your own sponsor or someone from another team, don’t worry about it.They’ll have to find their own way and figure out who they best work with.
Let me give you an example:
You sponsor Brandon and Brandon is an accountant with quick wit.He may not rock the room filled with hundreds of people, but he may dominate a one-on-one sales pitch.
You, on the other hand, are the life of party. There’s no one you’ve ever met that isn’t instantly your best friend.All bow before you.
Even though Brandon truly respects your talents, your approach to growing an organization may not be right for him. While he may be more analytical and reserved, you may be more straightforward and enthusiastic.
That’s ok!
Have an honest conversation with Brandon and help link him up with a strong MLM Leader you think would be a better fit.Help him find the best program succeed.He’ll appreciate the fact that you’re taking time to help him in his business.
Now don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying you should pawn off your downline on others.I think that many MLM Leaders have to find their own teachers and YOU may not be that key person they need to help them put everything in perspective.
